Soft plastic cast with shredded dollhouses from the 50s to the 70s, 40 cm x 40 cm x 2.2-2.7 cm

The standard size of a 40 cm x 40 cm sidewalk paver of washed concrete sets the dimensions of this work. A tiny portion of ten mechanically shredded dollhouses from the 50s to the 70s has been layered into clear soft plastic.
The process of space becoming foundation and again space is minimalized and sketched here. The work talks about the compression of layers and histories.
